1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable

By subscribing to Humanio, you acknowledge that you receive instant access to digital features and that usage begins immediately after purchase. For this reason, you waive any statutory withdrawal or "cooling-off" period to the extent permitted by law.

Because we incur AI processing and server costs from the moment you begin using the Service, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of actual usage, and no refunds or credits are issued for any payment already made.

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Humanio operates on a subscription model, available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any payment already made. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid period.

4. Pricing & Taxes

We may adjust pricing, features, or service offerings at any time. Price changes take effect at your next renewal. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees do not include taxes or duties; you are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your purchase.

5. Misuse

You may not create multiple accounts to take advantage of free-tier usage or promotions. If we determine misuse or bad-faith behavior, we may suspend your account or charge standard fees, without refund.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
